Do you offer the same services across all websites?

No. Holiday Lets Scotland is the most comprehensive in terms of the services we can offer. On it we have a listing only option, Bookings service or the full property / guest management service.

Holiday Lets Ireland currently includes either the listing only or the bookings services.

Pet Friendly Cottages is a simple advertising site whereby all enquiries go directly to the owner / manager.

Do you offer discounts if I have multiple properties?

Yes, depending on the number of properties you would like to add we can tailor a package suited to you.

Can I manage my own listing?

Yes, at present you can manage your listing on our Holiday Lets Scotland website regardless of the level of service you choose. On Holiday Lets Ireland you can only manage your own listing on the Bookings service.

Why should I use you over a small local agency?

Although we cover a wider area, we aim to provide a quality, personal service like you would get with a smaller business. We want all of our owners and guests alike to feel like they've chosen the right company. We have property managers (for areas we offer our management service) and we encourage our staff to travel and explore the locations in which we have properties.

How much does it cost to advertise my property on your websites?

The price depends on which website(s) you would like to market your holiday home on and what level of service you opt for. To enable us to provide you with a quotation, please contact us with information relating to your property and requirements.

Can I advertise my property elsewhere?

Yes. We do not ask for sole agency as we believe it is important to get as much marketing as your budget allows in order to maximise the potential of the property. To make it easier for you, we have negotiated special rates with the main holiday rental listing sites and can therefore make it more hassle free (as well as better value) for you.

How do I get enquiries?

That depends on which level of service you opt for. If you take out a standard listing on Holiday Lets Scotland or Holiday Lets Ireland then enquiries will go directly to you by email and you will then need to respond to the enquirer providing them with further information regarding your holiday home and it's availability. On our bookings and holiday home management services we actually respond to all enquiries and take payments for bookings achieved. Pet Friendly Cottages is a 'listing only' website and therefore all enquiries would be handled by the owner / manager.

How do I contact you?

Our office is open Monday - Friday from 10am - 6pm. We accept enquiries by phone or email. Out-with normal office hours we will continue to check emails, therefore this is often the best option in the first instance if you are not able to make contact during office hours.
